Making the hp bar appear as default

Hi, Due to COVID-19, we have had to move our P&P campaign from being 6 people in a room with Roll20 on a TV-screen to using Roll20 full-on. However, we're struggling with a few things. For instance, we would like to have this hp bar appear over player tokens by default when they drag their token to a map: We found out how to make the name plates show by default (game default settings), but currently the players have to set the HP-bar to manually show every time they drag their token to the board. Incidentally, I know this is possible because it is already the case for pre-generated monsters from the module we're running, when I drag them to a map. I would like this to happen for my own monsters as well (though not visible to the players). Any help with this?

Look at this page, and make sure you do steps 9 and 10 last. https://wiki.roll20.net/Linking_Tokens_to_Journals You only have to do this once per token, and then they'll be saved with that character.

Thanks a lot! Another question: 1) we have Roll Advantage set to Query and Automatic Roll Damage set to Don't in Game Settings. Yet if I click a monsters attack, it rolls 2d20 + the damage dice immediately. What's up with that? 2) If I make a monster attack or something similar, Roll20 copies the entire info entry of that attack to the chat - which all players can see. How do I turn this off so players don't immediately get all the details of a monster just because it rolls an attack?
