API and character sheet editor not working on iPad

Went to try to edit my character sheet html code and found I could not do that from my iPad. There is no way for me to navigate the code editor. I checked the css section and then the API editor and all the same, the only response to touch was to allow me to scrool left and right. The only way I could even move the cursor onto the code editor was to tab there from the API page name. Running iPad iOS 7.0.6, Safari 7.0

I don't believe the developers are testing the app (including the page with campaign settings, such as editing the character sheet) on Safari, meaning support might be spotty. Is there a way to get Chrome (the primarily tested browser) onto an iPad? Another option, there may be an html/css editor app in the store somewhere which you could use and transfer the contents of your sheet later.

Chome doesn't help I already tried that before, problably should have included that too. Silly thing is I just went to the Ace site through the link and I can select anywhere on the embedded Ace they have. I can't tell if I can navigate it as it adds lines instead or scrolling.
