Newbie question

Hello! I did a quick search but didn't find what i was looking for. Sorry if thsi is easily addressed somewhere else. point me over to it and i'll go read the answer there.  my group and I are trying to build up some content for our game. We just started using Roll20. Players thought they were putting money into some kind of 'virtual wallet' on here for me to spend. But it looks like it can only be applied to a subscription fee. Is there any way to use that to buy content? If not, how to do return their money so we can send it to my paypal?

All financial issues are handled through email with Roll20, so the people that need money back would use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.  While you can't use gifted money in the marketplace, items in there can be gifted to another account, so your players might want to go that route.

I figured thats what it'd end up being. I opened a ticket with Roll20 incase i was right. Thanks for the resposne!
