Hi all! I am looking for players for an upcoming Star Trek campaign set in the period between the Original Series movies and The Next Generation TV Show. (2290s-2360s). I am not a massive fan of most Star Trek Systems out there and as such I'm using a custom system that is more focused on the Roleplay elements of the story than the mechanical. The set up for this campaign is as follows: 'Set in the Year 2293 C.E., following the destruction of the Klingon Moon of Praxis which has crippled the energy supply of the Klingon Empire, a new cadre of Starfleet Cadets have passed out of the Academy readying for their first deployments to active duty. The assignment of this particular cadre has been the U.S.S. Vesperia, an older Akula-class recently refitted for frontier duties. Not a prestigious assignment, but there are not many of those going as the older constitution-class is being brought out of mainline service, and there are few of the new Excelsior-class to go around. Yet not all careers start on a flagship, and this cadre of junior officers may soon find themselves making a name for themselves on the frontier in this tumultuous time across the cosmos.'
