LFG D&D New player to Roll20 looking for more experience so as to DM more

Hi all, My name is James Wilhite.  I am a 35 year old teacher. Some of my band students wanted to play D&D with me, which brought me to roll20. Now, I am enthralled with playing.  I would like as much play in Roll20 so I can fell comfortable to DM and play better online.   As far as I can tell I am a storyteller type of player. I enjoy interacting via roleplay and combat. I love making characters and taking those stories further by mixing them with a campaign story. My kids dictate that I player during my their lunch/quiet time 12-4 CST and after they are in bed 8-? CST. Thanks,
