Hello - I have recently started a play by post campaign (Midnight Campaign setting), we are currently in our act 1 but I can instantly see that NPCs interactions and my ability to provide meaningful interactions with the characters is sometimes lacking. So, I was wondering if there would be anyone interested in CO-DMing - specifically looking for someone to help manage, develop, and give life to the regular supporting NPC cast. These would be the recurring NPCs that would join and assist the party. It would sort of be like playing a few semi-player characters; You would run a few different characters in-game and help drive the narrative. You would be expected to: Help manage NPCs Work with me to come up with NPC concepts Run the characters in game Develop them as the campaign progresses Breath life in to NPCs Flesh out their personalities, backrounds, quirks, etc. Consider how they would interact will each PC Develop relationships with the PCs Help encourage PC role-playing Assist the DM Collaborate on ideas and inspiration for the campaign Help drive the narrative organically Looking for someone who is: familiar with D&D 3.5 Be open to learning more about the Midnight Campaign Setting Flexible in rule decisions and not super focused on micro rule managing Open to interacting with different characters and helping implement character specific stories into the overall campaign If this interests you PM me or hit me up on Discord: Alex Summers#6824
