New player willing to play most things with nice people

Hi! Im Maggie I'm 17 and a high school senior. Currently I have a lot of free time consider I'm taking classes online due to covid-19. I really want to dip my toes into dnd but I can't do that in real life and don't have anyone to do that with. I haven't played before but I have some basic understanding of the rules. Im more interested in roleplay but open to everything. I've watched multiple campaigns online, both live and prerecorded. I really just want people around my age who are willing to show me the ropes. I'm open to high fantasy and any homebrew campaign. I'm down to play almost any type of character. I think I'll be okay at playing once I get started. I'm also on the east coast for time stuff. For the people that want to know about me and my personality. I'm going to college next year and majoring in fashion design. I love art and work in all types of mediums. I also love mock trial so that's very nerdy and almost like roleplay. I really just want to have fun!

Hi Maggie, My detective game is always looking for new recruits. We play as cops in Melbourne, Australia, uncovering the seedy underworld of organized crime in Oz in 2008. The stories are ripped from the headlines of the day, and the character's spend as much time in their background lives as they do on the job. The game is very open to new players, and most of the system is automated in Roll20.
