Hi, I've seen some people saying that Chrome is slow for them in Roll20, but Firefox is fast. The thing is...I have the exact opposite problem. I usually use Firefox and I've found graphics rendering in Roll20 to be really slow. Specifically, panning is really laggy. Yeah, I do have some dynamic shadows, but still, it's only slow in Firefox; in Chrome it's fast. Hardware rendering is enabled in Firefox and WebGL samples run without any issues with loads of FPS (or 60 when I turn vsync on). Turning on the FPS overlay in Firefox, I see panning a map in Roll20 drops the FPS counter down to around 7, while it's a smooth 30-40 FPS in Chrome. I'm on Gentoo GNU/Linux, with a Firefox compiled to my system specs. I tried a stock-built Firefox from the Mozilla website and I also created a new Profile. No changes. I mean, I could now always start Chrome for Roll20, but I'd rather not.
