Help! Turn tracker not working properly.

Hey all, New to roll20 and setting up some encounters for my group this weekend. Everything seemed to be working fine until I did a test run last night. For some reason the turn tracker would only recognize initiatives rolled by me from my monster character sheets. I could add turns for all the PCs but when they rolled from their character sheets the turn tracker would not populate. I tried relaunching the session and clearing the cache but neither of those worked. It was working perfectly the night before, so I'm not sure what happened? It's not a game breaker but the turn tracker is a nice QoL thing, especially for a group new to roll20. Any ideas on what might have happened? Cheers!
The Turn Tracker is token-based . You need to have a token selected when rolling an initiative roll to add to the Turn Tracker.

Not necessarily.  Some players open the sheets directly from the handouts section.  Or they open their sheet, then click something else on the VTT (unselecting their token), and then roll initiative. -Adam
