This game is LGBTQ friendly so keep that in mind while reading! HOW DO YOU WANT TO DO THIS? A war brews on a continent that has withstood more than its fair share of conflict. The Dwendalian Empire and the Kryn Dynasty are carving up the lands around them, and only the greatest heroes would dare stand between them. Somewhere in the far corners of this war-torn landscape are secrets that could end this conflict and usher in a new age of peace—or burn the world to a cinder. In the beginnings of this adventure, your characters will start in the Wastes of Xhorhas, where you and the rest of your fellow players arrive in Urzin a uniquely mobile city. The reason for its mobility is that citizens have literally built entire cities on the backs of Horizonback Tortisies. Urzin is home to swamp hunters, scouts, and trackers that know the Brokenveil Marsh like nobody else. The most recent society to also come in underneath the Kryn Dynasty. Urzin acts as a powerful mobile fortress for the Kryn military throughout the Brokenfield Marsh. The settlement rarely stays in one place for more than a month and its people are skilled at the art of camouflage and ambush. Urzin has become a major boon to the Dynasty as the conflict with the Dwendalian Empire escalates. You have been summoned there at the behest of Ogre Lord Buhfall the 2nd, current commander of this city for a secret meeting. Your summoning could have come in a number of different ways, perhaps a letter of invitation, by force of military escort, and perhaps even divine intervention. In any case, this is where we shall start. Now, as we said before, HOW DO YOU WANNA DO THS? Hello there Critters and Entripd Heroes alike! My name is Evan a 22-year-old DM that would love to introduce you to the world of Wildemount! This starter adventure will start our party through levels 1-3 but after that, I'd be more than happy to play with anyone willing to continue for levels onwards. Now since the Corona Virus is keeping everyone inside I've decided to slice the price of my usual sessions in half. So instead of having to pay $10 per session, you'll only have to pay $5 per session while the pandemic is going on. It seems only right to give people a break to have some social fun while social distancing at the same time. Although once the pandemic is over the price will adjust back to $10 per session! Now if you want to apply for the game please do so here! If you want some stats on me personally here are some to look at! Age: 22 (Yes I'm a little baby adult) Timezone: EST DM Style: I like to say that I'm a very improvisational DM that focuses on letting the players make big moves when they can and dealing with the fallout of said big moves. For example, one of my past players started a cybernetic revolution in Waterdeep and abolished the slavery of machines. That, of course, caused a power imbalance that was held up by another player who became a prophet for machine kind. I'm not the kind of guy who makes you feel like your on a railroad so to speak. Also, I try to model my playstyle of the Legendary DM Brennan Lee Mulligan. Favorite Modules: Dragon Heist, with Curse of Strahd as a close second and Out Of The Abyss as my third. Although that last one isn't on Roll 20 yet I'd be more than happy to play it out. Strengths: I love third party content which can surprise the heck out of players, I give magic items and levels out at a more than fair rate, I try to keep the combat and roleplay aspects 50/50 respectively. I'm a complete Bisexual disaster as well so my NPC's will more than likely have varied sexual preferences if you're interested in that. I'm also a music guy so when in a special bit of combat or I'm trying to set a mood I'll put on music for everyone. Weaknesses: I'm picky when it comes to groups. If we mesh, we mesh for life, if we don't, more than likely we split by session 0. I'm always a little nervous during the 1st session so when picking me, bare in mind that I truly hit my stride on that 2nd session. This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of < $5 per session, per player, VIA Paypal >. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements.
