Monster Manual Drag and Drop

For some reason when trying to drag and drop the Guard monster into my games it does not drop the token or add it to my journal. All that appears is a blank icon with the nameplate Guard. When you click on the token none of the normal options like AC & HP are displaying. There are a few others I noticed this with yesterday but forgot to jot down their names. I already cleared cache and tried a different browser in case that would fix the issue and it did not.
Hello Josh A., Please carefully work through the steps of our guide to SolvingTechnical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser.  Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. It sounds as though you've completed this step. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20. Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache.  It sounds as though you've completed this step as well.  If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here: Submitting a Console Log in Firefox Submitting a Console Log in Chrome Thank you!

If for some reason you had a bad drop, it is possible that you have a bad copy of the guard character in your game. The best course of action is to delete any existing guard characters from your journal tab, and then redo a monster manual drop. Whenever you drag a monster from your compendium, if there is already an existing character by that name in your journal tab, it will only place a copy of the one in your journal tab. This is the intended behavior, to keep you from over writing any modifications you might have made to a character.
Thanks Keith! That was exactly what happened.
