Lining up Tilesets

So, I wasnt too sure where to post this, so I hope that I am posting this in the right place. I am trying to put together a dungeon using one of the Dungeon Tilesets. I have align to grid on to make it easy to snap together tilesets, but I am having some issues. As you can see in the picture, I can get some tiles to snap together properly and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong here. I want it to align to the grid so that I have a full, useable movement grid for by D&D game, but it seems that some of my tiles...arent lining up. Am I doing something wrong?
You may need to resize some of the tiles for them to connect correctly. Note in the list on the right, the artist has listed the dimensions in grid units for you to use.

The intersection tile at the top of your screenshot looks to be 6 units tall and 7 units wide. Is that the defined size? I think it might work better if it were 6 by 6 units square. Also, what set in the Marketplace is that you using?

Im using this one: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/5129/sidequest-battlemaps-dungeon-builder So, I have to use the tiles that are the same dimensions then? So if its 6x6, I have to use other 6x6 and cant use any of the others in the set? That...cant be right can it?
No, they don't all have to be 6 x 6, but they fit together best based on the sizes the artist intended. I see that intersection tile is supposed to be 10 units by 10 units, and it looks like it is intended to connect to other large corridor tiles in the set. I see the set includes a tile called Building Instructions ; you may want to review that again.

I bought a river, forest and ruins set from the market place and best results from them is to build with the snap to grid off, but, with dungeons you really need to make sure that they are matching up with the grid for the DnD ruleset movement.
