Need some help with a 5E attack Macro

Greetings there! It's been a long while since I have used roll 20. For the game I am in I wanted to add some pizzazz and use some macros to spice up my turns. This is what I got so far: &{template:5eDefault} {{weapon=1}} {{title=Flame Tonged Sword}} {{subheader=@{Selected|Token_Name}}} {{subheaderright=All Out attack}} {{attack=[[ ?{Attack Type|Standard, 1d20|Advantage, 2d20kh1|Disadvantage, 2d20kl1} + @{strength_mod}[str] + @{proficiency}[Prof] ]]}} {{damage=[[ @{meleedmg1} + @{strength_mod} ]]}} The problem that I have got so far is that I want to put in damage for my flame tongue sword, booming blade and then add in my 2nd attack but I am unsure on how to do that or what commands to use.
Friendly bump.
What Character Sheet are you using? That doesn't look like the templates that the "D&D 5th Edition by Roll20" sheets use.
Thanks for your reply Dakota! We are using the D&D 5E Community sheet. (It looks a little nicer)
Ah, I have no experience with that sheet and did not find any template information on it, so I am unable to help, sorry.
