Impossible to start a new game

I have just started today, but it is impossible to start a new game, because I get the same message when I load up a module: The game you're attempting to copy is currently not available. Please wait until that game's content is finished being updated. And i can't do anything else. I've changed browsers but the problem persists. Can ytou help me ? Thanks
