Pathfinder 2e Compendium Beastiary Drag and Drop - Creature Stats

I am trying to figure out the best way to use this and recently purchased the Beastiary thinking it would make dragging and dropping monsters much easier. When I pull something from the compendium the first time it will open their a sheet as a popup but that sheet has none of their combat stats or abilities on it and is just fluff on the first 'Bio & Info' page and has nothing on 'Attributes & Abilities' page. It wont add the token to the VTT until I go to the journal where that monster is now sitting at the top and drag them over.  The token that is made on the VTT has no stats attached or anything and I have to go back to the Compendium and click the dropdown arrow to pull their stats up in a way that is useable. Is this really how its supposed to work? I thought it would bring in HP/AC at least onto the token and then the popup screen should also have their combat stats and actions. I had heard that you can click/drag abilities to create quick rolling macros but I cant seem to figure it out in any way that makes this easier than me just using an online Beastiary. Have you assigned the Pathfinder 2e by Roll20 character sheet to your game? You do this on the Game Settings page (outside the VTT) for your game.

I didn't but just updated that. That fixed the issue of not having a picture, and now also I see a 'Character Sheet' option. Thanks for that! I dont see however the bar data being filled by the default choices which are marked as Hit point MAX and Armor Class in the default settings but when I click on a token its not bringing that info over. Did you know how to correct that? I appreciate you

I am not familiar enough with the sheet to know if it is supposed to support token bars or not.
