'Not Authorized' over and over

I sent the players my l'join' link and every time they use it, it says they are not authorized. I don't know what to do, I sent them the correct link but no one can get into my game. I have created two games and BOTH of them have this problem, no one can get into them. They are using correct browser and have followed all the steps suggested by Roll20 and nothing has helped. What is going on? Has anyone else had this issue and solved it and can tell me what to do to let people join my game? I'm kinda panicking, the issue just started and we are supposed to play today.

Ask them ot post in the forum, and then press the invite-link there
Normally that would be fine but in this case apparently my game doesn't even show up when they search for it, and it's a game that I do through work, I can't actually get in touch with everyone to give them instructions before the game starts in 3 hours. We're using Roll20 because it's supposed to be easy. Ugh.

Have you created a listing for it? If not, press Looking for players, and then Create listing
Created listing but they are unable to find it. Though I can find it so I'm not sure what they are doing wrong.

Remember to send them the link to the listing, not the details page NOT the one starting with https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details..... BUT https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/.... (you go there from looking for players ->manage listing)

Have they checked the "Allow Mature Content" (or something similar to that) checkbox on their search filters? That seems to be a common omission that causes some games to seem missing.
I'm not sure if they searched correctly. Now some of them can get in and others say they can't, but as far as I know they all have the same 'Join' link. I only sent the correct one. Trying to work with the ones who can get in to talk the others through whatever it is they are doing wrong. Thanks for the suggestions all, but this seems like either a glitch on Roll20 or my players are doing something wrong. If a glitch then there's nothing I can do to fix it, if the players are at fault we'll figure out what it is they are doing wrong eventually and fix it.
Hey Dr Dicelove - Were you still encountering this issue perchance? If so, would you mind providing me with the name of a game in which you noticed this happen on, please? Thank you for your patience as we review this!
