(UPDATED: Next game is 04-04 @ 6pm EST - Apply below to be a play tester! All games are 1 shots and we will be hosting a new game every Sat) Greetings! Looking for adventurous play testers for my new Social Deception board game "Traitor to the Crown!" You will be part of a 6 person party that has just completed an epic quest and now must return back to your home kingdom to collect your reward! However, 2 members of your party are secretly Traitors and they are trying to either get you killed and/or steer you to a big trap! Work together as a team to determine which party members you should trust and which are very suspicious and you should question! Collect great items and weapons along the way to give your party the best chance at victory, or increase your strength in battle! 8 unique Characters to choose from, each character's art was commercially commissioned. The Barbarian, the Bard, the Druid, the Paladin, the Priestess, the Ranger, the Rogue and the Wizard! The first play test will be Saturday April 4 @ 6 PM EST and then we will be scheduling a new game every Saturday same time. We may add weekday play tests in. I'm looking to cycle through different players for each game since this is a 1 shot game. Please comment with your availability, Roll20 experience, board game experience, RPG experience, and why you'd be a great addition to this game! Think of Ultimate Werewolf meets Dungeons & Dragons! Thanks for your interest!
Hello! This sounds really cool! I am very new to Roll20 (run one game, played two games), but I've been doing tabletop RPGs for about 10 years now. I've played D&D 3.5 and 5e (run 5e on both in-person and on Roll20), as well as played Cyberpunk 2020 and some White Wolf games. I'm a stay-at-home mom and my husband works from home, so it's pretty easy for me to step away for a few hours. We host(ed) regular board game parties, and my husband is a professional board game designer, so I'm used to playing a variety of games and giving feedback on prototypes.
Hey Kelsey, well tonight ended up being a little too last minute to get a full party together but can you make it next Sat (April 4) @ 6pm EST? You're experience sounds great and with all of the various play testing you have got to see with your husbands profession, I'm sure your feedback will be incredibly valuable.
Absolutely! I will put it on my calendar. It occurred to me at 7:30 tonight that I had not checked back in with this thread, so I'm glad I will still be able to participate.
