While the update to the text editor last year was a massive improvement, there are still a number of constant issues: 1) There is no way to select a font, but there are many situations where the text is formatted and it automatically changes the font size or style without my input. The differences are just enough to be annoying and throw off attempts to organize. 2) Unordered lists - nesting lists get out of sync, I'm not sure how else to describe this. Re-editing lists after saving them can produce very unexpected results. I have tried to remove the unordered list from a line item, and it instead removes the format from the entire handout. I have also tried to add to existing lists and I can't get the editor to follow the previous formats, the dots just stop showing up. Both of those situations are particularly frustrating. Are there any plans to revisit and complete the update to the editor to make it more stable? Below is an example of a font change that the editor did while I was arranging the format (copy/paste from within the handout mostly) And here you can see the indenting has taken over the document. 1st indent is supposed to be solid dot, then open dot, then solid squares after that. While trying to indent the 2 highlighted lines one more time, the entire document got indented (unordered list) instead. example: The "faction missions" text (and all surrounding text) below was at level 2 indent in the above picture (open dot) but has been pushed to level 3 (solid square), even though they were not highlighted for the change.
