Discord, feel free to PM: Spooky#9129 A quick rundown of my character... This isn't set in stone because I need more time to think about it and I also am not sure what the world will be like. Bliss: Tiefling Female, Warlock, Lawful Evil Appearance: To be described. She will be roughly 25 probably. Bio: Raised by pious farmers, her race was seen as the curse of an evil god. They did not abandon her but instead tried to "save" her through years of manipulation and mistreatment. She learned to love the deities her parents did but eventually reached an age when she realized that she hated how her parents pitied her. She hated how she was bullied. She hated the divine for abandoning her. One day she snapped. Bliss doesn't like to talk about the details of her past. It's obvious that her name is an alias, and she never states a family name. After living on the streets, Bliss was eventually taken in by a very small cult. They accepted her for who she was. They showed her that she was worth just as much, if not more than the others that resented her. Learning evil ways, Bliss found a home with these cultists that cared for her. She was taught some cantrips by their cult leader and it was soon discovered that she had an affinity for magic. Through the years, she rose up through the ranks of the evil organization. Having been raised by the cult since she was an adolescent, she was seen as the chosen child that came to them. Everyone in the small cult became close to her. They were a family. She was chosen to contact one of the Great Old Ones through a ritual that had never been tried before. They chose her as the best conduit to learning the secrets of the universe, and they succeeded. The Great Old One, Zushakon, which appears as a swirling, black vortex, accepted her to learn from his near-infinite wisdom. The success of the cult did not last, however. The ritual had created a great disturbance and spectacle for many to notice. The cult of roughly 8 people was on the run. They were being hunted for their beliefs. They eventually split up to hide in different regions. It ended the family but allowed them to live. Bliss carries the torch that her cultist family entrusted her. She will live life to learn the truth of the universe, unlike her parents that lived in ignorance. She follows the will of Zushakon, the Great Old One, that sleeps like all the other Great Old Ones. Though he is asleep, he is still so powerful that his dreams allow her to gain knowledge from him. I'll probably change some things up after thinking about it some more, but that's the gist.
