volume settings popup for roll20 voice

According to the website : "While video/voice is enabled in Roll20, hover your mouse on the bottom right corner of a player's portrait in the Player Zone. This action will pop up a volume slider that you can use to fine tune a player's mic volume to be heard properly. It's important to note that a slider exists on your own portrait and tuning your personal mic volume affects how other players in Roll20 hear you" However when I mouse over any of the avatars I get no volume sliders (or settings wheels) when using the method mentioned above. I have tried both firefox and chrome. Am I missing something?

Assuming you are you using Tokbox, the avatar will not show up while it is in use. If your settings have Audio/Video turned on and there is a second person in the game it will not show an avatar. It should show up as a black window.  - Gauss
I did not enable the webwhatevers it is called so I assume Tokbox? I disabled video and left only voice on. I do not see either a widow or a pop up when it is just me or when there are players connected (with voice enabled). I will try and get a screenshot of what I see when I get home.
After listening to all the podcasts over my road trip this week I think we'll just avoid tokbox and stick with hangout+roll 20. Seems like the best idea.

Ok, let me know if you change your mind and we can continue to try to help you use Tokbox.  - Gauss
