[Script] It's A Trap - Not Working

Need some help with It's a Trap! For 5E Generic. Got the script all installed, followed the directions and made the object on GM layer, ran the macro, put entries into the fields... but then when I tested it, I got these messages. I don't know what the "One-Click Options" means. As I moved a PC token into range to view the trap, it spat out the "Please provide name of the..." text, and then when actually on the trap, it just says "undefined" even though I defined damage, saving throw and DC, all that stuff. What am I doing wrong? It's a very neat script and I'd love to use it - also a bit worried if it's still viable as I haven't seen any forum posts about it less than a year old.
When you add the script to your game you can scroll down a bit on the API-screen and find the config for what sheet to use.

Glad it was something simple. I hate to ask for more help, but I saw you also posted on the 'Check It Out' Script forum. I'm having an issue with that one where no matter how close the token is to the object, it says "[Player] is not close enough to examine that." I have a value entered - started at 30 (I assume it knows I mean feet since I haven't changed the standard tile settings), and even with the token on top of the object it didn't work.
Hiya, glad to see the trap issue fixed. When it comes to Check it Out I'm not sure what to do since I've never had that issue. All I can think of is checking the correct theme for the setup ( I use:D&D 5E Roll20) and to make sure that your grid is enabled on the page. Also check that you have all the scripts necessary installed from the script library.
