Docker Error

Hey all.

I've run into this error with API in one game I'm running ....

docker: Error response from daemon: Conflict. The name "/campaign-5948402-85O0GlftYSbgYVX7yt4v-w" is already in use by container d85aa70a78162470c4318b8b629045462ee259a1df85d60d13981b6ab346eb22. You have to remove (or rename) that container to be able to reuse that name.. See 'docker run --help'

I've done some searching in the forums and there's a lot of mixed info regarding how to fix this. I've tried a bunch of stuff and nothing has solved it. It feels like a server side issue to me, but I'm not 100% positive. Should I just send some email to support and wait?  I was thinking about copying my Game (tests indicate API works ok on the copy), then copy my API and Game settings over. Is that all I would need to do? Are there other things I need to worry about when copying?

It's definitely a problem with the API sandbox.  Usually it clears itself up after a few minutes, you just have to restart the sandbox again.  If it persists, you can email team@roll20.net.  Or post back here and we'll try to help.

That's what I thought based on reading but it has been like this for several days now, sadly. I've lost count how many times I've restarted. :)

Ok, definitely you should email team@roll20.net.  They'll want to know the URL for the game that's having that problem.

Ok. Thanks for the info. I'll add that to my email
