Default Page Won't Change Despite Moving Player Flag to Page

I am the DM and I want to start in a certain page so I can test dynamic lighting. Despite having the user flag set to the page with the lighting it won't start in that page. I don't know how to change the starting page.

Hi Arthur, Just to be clear; you have your player ribbon dripped on a given page, but when the players join, they are not being sent to the player ribbon page?

Yes, I have the player ribbon dripped on a given page and it doesn't allow players to start there. It has another page it routes them to. The last one we used as a group in game.
