My Players Couldn’t see the Map

Hi everyone. I’m new to DMing on Roll20.  I don’t know how to integrate players into the site so we used pen and paper for character builds.  I invited everyone to the game yet no one could see the map of the dungeon.  Feeling stupid. Alex
Go to the page toolbar (blue icon in the upper middle of the screen). See what page your players are on, it's the one with the red ribbon saying PLAYERS. Hover your mouse over that, and a new blue icon appears, of a gear. Click that for page settings. Turn off fog of war, advanced fog of war, and dynamic lighting, and your players should be able to see your map now. Note that if you want to use dynamic lighting, and you want players to see only what their tokens see, you will need to create at least minimal characters for them with tokens, set those tokens to "Have sight", and place them on the map.
I am facing the same issue. Hope Tobold's guide will be helpful.
