Attention!! The campaign is in progress now and we are looking for 1 player to replace the quitting player !! Session info: --------------------------- Mondays 7:30 PM EST - Eastern Standard Time Length: 3+ hours (usually 3h30m) Playing: via Google Hangouts Roll20 app + Dice roller app; microphone required; About GM: My third EoTE campaign; am not an adversary to the players but there to have fun together with the rest of the players. Requirement towards the players: --------------------------- 1) Creativity; 2) Commitment; 3) Some familiarity with the core Edge of the Empire rulebook rules; **** Info about the campaign: a mixture of a political thriller, intrigue and action. **** Players used to work for a paramilitary organization, now they are ragtag bunch of adventurers more often than not pushed around by the more powerful of this world. One day it should stop. Previously: --------------------------- The campaign has been going on for several months now. The "major" historical points: 1) A corrupt political party tried to take over the planet with an assassination and kidnapping attempts on the current planetary leader; bribing mercenaries and initiating military riots. Group of players was able to thwart a plan of a corrupt political party to take over the planet. 2) Group of players was sent undercover to capture a wanted murderer and military traitor to both Empire and New Republic. The traitor, now an infamous criminal lord, organizes yearly bizarre events with high death count among the participants, but the grand prize is a sponsorship of any "criminal enterprise". The group ends up participating in the death race, the event gets sabotaged and party captures the traitor to hand him over to New Republic. 3) Players are forced to rescue one of their acquaintances on the remote slave world, in the process the group ends up teaming with Imperial commandos. The local slave overlord gets taken down and the party ends up on ISD. 4) Imperial Admiral forces the party to take a group of Imperials that have gone rogue. The party docks with the Nebulon-B frigate of the remnants pretending to have been attacked by pirates and requiring assistance. The group tries to sabotage the hyperdrive to ensure the capture of the Nebulon-B by the real Imperial force. Everything goes south and players have to ram the hyperdrive with their freighter... Currently: --------------------------- New branch of the campaign is starting and a new player is required. Next session: players became a liability to the Imperial Admiral and have been sent to the very remote and distant Outer Rim Imperial prison for the "inconvenient" elements. Without any official records, powerful and resourceful high-ranking Imperials keep unwanted and inconvenient people "exiled" in this prison. The prison is a labour camp, where each day prisoners are sent to various jobs: felling trees, construction works, exploration and extraction of resources, gathering dead runaway prisoners. Every prisoner has a slave collar. The garrison consists of ~80 soldiers, who manage ~150 prisoners. Shuttles with supplies and new prisoners arrive monthly. The planet's climate is very humid and hot. Vibrant flora and fauna. Will the players survive the dangers of the camp? The "in-mates"? The climate? The wildlife? How are they going to escape?
