Welcome to RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) Taskforce Sisyphus. Its the mid 90s and your TF is heading to the the Ottawa airport on short notice. There is a missing persons case in Gros Morne national park, on the west coast of Newfoundland. What your RCMP bosses don't know, is that you are all members of Omega Red, a top secret government conspiracy, its your job to cover things up. A Delta Green CoC experience, try not to go insane, get killed or fired from your day job. No rules experience needed. CoC using the new Delta Green system (though modified). Not intended for children. Cosmic Horror, Violence, Government Bureaucracy, Mild Drug use and dark humor. Greetings, I'm Naughtkris. Like you, I'm staying home. I have a full campaign, set out like a TV series (beginning, mid season break, season ender). I have run this campaign several times, and run the individual missions as stand alones at game conventions. The material itself is a combination of co-opted old published adventures and original material, then thrown in a blender, frozen, then baked for 1 hour at 233C. There are nine pre-made characters, all with there own quirks and positions on the team. Three are "Leadership" and the other six are specialists. Its up to the party to choose their poison. The remaining characters are storywise available as backup when a current character dies. After that, players can work with me to create a new-new character. As well, the campaign is designed to be very flexible should a player need to bow in and out. I'm looking for six players (and possibly some alternates). I would like to start Wednesday during the day (Atlantic time, noonish). I'm flexible for hours, so I'd like input from those wishing to play. I do ask for a reasonable amount of commitment. I've put a lot of work into putting together the material (even the stolen stuff, er, i mean, co-opted), so please, truly interested people only. Though if you do play a session or two and find its just not your thing, then I will certainly understand. I'm willing to play daily, weekly, biweekly, once every full moon, or just run a side mission if two or three players have some time to kill. Again, I'm open to your input. I haven't used Roll20 in 5-10 years, so I need a few days to get used to it. Back when I did play, we used skype for audio. I'm noticing now an in house voice system, so I'll try that. You'll have to excuse my lack of skill with the medium, and not confuse for lack of interest for the system. This is an investigative, RP, rules light; choices matter, the world hates us, heavy campaign. Maturity and a sense of humor is a must. Please contact me with questions, concerns, comments, and I hope to see you all as a group on Wednesday, April 8th. I'd be overjoyed if the whole campaign (7 main adventures, 2 mini ones) could be completed before I feel fresh air again. As I get used to the website, I'll make use of the forums for some more rambling about the game. The characters are (by code name): T-Cell Titus (IC): Inspector Fitzgerald, Francis "Joe". Balding, withered, developing beer gut. 6 ft. of sad sack. Originally from Halifax, at 54, he is the senior field officer in the TF, and in T-Cell. He enjoys moose hunting and avoiding his ex-wife. Tristin (2ic): Staff Sergent Brooke, Arthur. 6'2", tall but lean. Weathered face and hands, sun bleached hair. Stoic stance, when not sneaking in a wry smile. A 45 year old Albertain. He was once part of the musical ride and owns his own saddle. Tabitha (3ic):Sergent Montgomery, Alberta. 5'8" of pure determination. Sensible, but warm and welcoming. Dirty blonde hair and pixie cut. At 33, she is part of the "new generation" of RCMP. A Child Welfare specialist, she takes protecting the helpless very seriously. When not, she enjoys swimming and staying in contact with her friends and family back in London, Ontario. Theodore: Corporal Lowry, William. 5'9", black hair, a little long for regulation in the back, but all business up front. "Moving Pictures" t-shirt. This 30 years old Cape Bretoner is an excellent photographer and survellance expert. He spent many summers in his youth, guiding tourists on nature trails near his Mi'kmaq tribal lands. His true passion is Eli'pit, his Rush cover band. Thomas: Constable Johnston, George. 5'11", sandy blond hair kept high and tight. Short sleeves rolled up, maybe a smoke stuff in with a lighter. dVb. Growing up in Uxbridge, Ontario, this 25 year old learned he like two things. Working out and guns. Getting into the the RCMP ERT after a stint in the army was a dream come true, and his hockey skills only had a small part to it. Maybe not the sharpest skate on the shelf, but he never misses a work out. "Gym-Tan-Range. Rinse, Repeat, insert a smoke in there somewhere. Granny Mable says, "You Georgie, might not be the deepest soul in life's well, but you do have nice hair, so, that's a thing". Grannie Mable is so wise." Truman: Constable MacDonald, Ian. 5'10", black short hair. Thin framed glasses, thinner framed body. Jitters every couple of minutes. At 24, this tech specialist is riding the new wave of online gaming and all the technical marvels that the 90s and Toronto have to offer. Oh crap, your late for you're midnight raid! Tina: Civilian Burbank, Sherri. 5'3", red hair, pixie cut with a crescent moon clip, glasses, and a forensic sample bag/purse. Though a civilian, this 25yo forensic specialist is an important part of any RCMP investigation. Her only two regrets in life are that the "old boys" don't take her sailor moon fanfiction seriously, and her sister Terri. Oh and potatoes (yuck!), but that's a third thing. Oh and not getting back to PEI. But that's four... Friendlies (These characters are not Agents within Omega Red, but they have had some experience with things that go bump in the night before, and know that the government may call upon them for assistance time to time). (Terri) Dr Burbank, Terri. 5'3", red hair, shoulder length, slight callous on hands from field hockey stick. Originally from PEI, this bright 26yo is currently doing her pathology medical residency at Health Sciences Centre, St. John's NL. When not doing a triple shift at the hospital, she enjoys field hockey and refueling with a good potato. If only her (slightly) younger sister could have applied herself, they both could be doctors! (Thor) Dr Silverberg, Seth. 5'8", Your mother tells you you're handsome. Wavy black hair, trim figure (you should eat a little), water proof slacks. A doctor at only 33, your mother back in Richmond Hill, Ontario tells all her friends how proud she is and if maybe they have a niece who is single? Meanwhile, when not working a double shift at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's NL, you enjoy shopping for comics at TImemasters or trying to get your Half-Elf Fighter/Rogue up to 6th level. You're going to stick to table top though, because that one larping incident left you scared.
