[LFG] [5E] [Saturdays, 1PM EST] Looking for a group of 4 adventurers to run through Lost Mine of Phandelver; NEW PLAYERS ENCOURAGED

Hello! I'm an experienced DM, looking to run Lost Mine of Phandelver for new players. The Lost Mine of Phandelver is a short adventure, that will take players from 1st to 5th level. You'll learn the mechanics of playing the game, and the basics of roleplaying. If you're nervous about creating a new character, don't be! I have plenty of pre-generated characters, as well as those included with the adventure. What Do I Need To Play? You will need a Roll20 account, a DnDBeyond.com account, a Discord account, and the Beyond20 extension for Chrome or Firefox. All of these are free (but have paid options, if you get way into D&D and wanna run your own games some day, the paid options of none of these are required ). You'll also need a device that can run these applications (such as a tablet, laptop, or desktop), and a reasonable internet connection. You'll also need a microphone, but not a webcam or anything. Technical stuff aside, you just need a willingness to learn, and an imagination! When Will We Play? We'll be playing every Saturday, at 1 PM EST. The length of the sessions will be determined later, but 3-4 hours is usually a pretty comfortable amount of time. We will play weekly. Is This Game Free? 100% Other Information Please only inquire if you've played none or very little D&D before. I finally have the free time to run for new players (with social distancing and whatnot) and so would love to teach new folks how to play. Story Information: The Lost Mine of Phandelver begins with the assumption that you have accepted a task from a dwarf named Gundren Rockseeker, and his companion Sildar Hallwinter. They have asked you to deliver a wagon of goods to a place called Barthen's Provisions, in the town of Phandalin. You will be paid 10 gold up receipt of the goods. Beyond this information, it is up to you to think about how your interaction with Gundren came to be, and your relationship with your fellow adventurers (if any). For example, you could be a former acquaintance of Gundren's, and he sent you a letter personally. You do not know your fellow adventurers, but based on the fact that Gundren contacted them, you know they must be somewhat honorable. Session Zero: Session Zero will take place next Saturday. Session 0 is a special game session, where we discuss the adventure, world, and characters in more depth, so you know what to expect from the game. Additionally, as you are a new player, we will cover the basics of the character sheet/character creation, and the core mechanics of the game. If you're interested, please post the following information below: Name, Age, Timezone, the Type of Character you'd like to play (please be more informative than just Race/Class, but also don't write a novella of a backstory; include the phrase Pickle Stomper in your reply to show you've read all of this post), and any other concerns or questions you may have, or information you think may be important. Replies that don't include all of this information will be ignored. Replies sent as private messages will be ignored.
Name: Duncan Age: 19 Timezone: PST Type of character: Half elf monk, on an adventure to try and challenge the strongest opponents to become the strongest (And become the pickle stomper) I am a somewhat new player, I know how to make characters and how to play them but I haven't had too much experience actually playing.
My wife and I are interested. I used to play back when the D&D first came out. She's never played, and neither of us have experience with 5e or playing this online (or with roll20 for that matter). She's interested in playing a Kalashtar cleric (she likes playing healers in eq2). I always played a rogue or bard, but with so many new (to me) types of subclasses, I'm a little unsure what to try. So, to start with.. Names: Jeff and Denise Age: 50 Timezone: CST Type of character: (Her) Kalashtar cleric, pickle stomper wannabe. (Him) I'm leaning towards my goto, rogue.  Do you have any race/class limitations?
Name: Ryan Age: 24 Timezone: EST Type of character: Male, Human, Fighter. Invaders attacked my homeland. It was my duty to take up arms in defense of my people. I have no experience with D&D and/or any RPG game(s) except watching some Critical Role. p.s   pickle stomper ;)

Name: Lemmi Age: 27 Timezone: CET Type of character: I'd be interested in playing either a warlock or paladin, human or dwarf. I'd like to experience the weird ways such a choice (deity/patron) affects my char and what deitys / gods there are. I also think deitys and religion make for great fluff in general. Maybe paired with having a normal background and later in life turning towards an adventurous life, like having worked as a pickle stomper ? My DnD experience stems from playing the pc game Neverwinter Nights 2, which i loved. Other than that and a bit of Pathfinder everything is new to me.

Name: Rafael Group type: Online Experience: New player with bit of experience Location/Timezone: EST Schedule: i can play whenever just cant play  on wednesday  Game style: i like to be on the front line with pally or warrior
Name: Lachlan  Age: 24 Timezone: AEST (Melbourne, Australia) free almost all the time due to the pandemic  Character Id like to play: a very old Tiefling Sorcerer who thinks he’s very wise but probably isn’t. Or honestly anyone that’s needed, brand spanking new player here so I’m not super in touch with these things but I have been reading through the dnd beyond free content, although slowly. Or maybe an elf ranger who’s spent he’s whole life in the woods and he’s only friends are animals. Idk maybe with some more info about mines of Phandelver I’ll be able to come up with something more interesting P I C K L E S T O M P E R
Names: Ajay Age: 34 Timezone: PST Experience: Never Played, only watched on you tube and some basic character building  Type of character: Half Elf Sorcerer. Carefree and Cautious. Seeks justice if he feels its warranted. Gets bored easy and can’t stay still. A touch of ADD. Prefers a quarter staff and only kills with his daggers if he must. Really wants a kick @$$ wolf companion.  Oh, and uh.... pickle stomper I guess.
I've sent a few DMs. This doesn't mean the game is full, as there's always the chances those folks may not reply.
Hi, eastern time zone for me. Very interested. Have a cleric build in mind, Tyr worshipper, all about justice, life cleric. Also thinking of a big dumb half orc barb that has a heart of gold bu5 hides it by walking around and scowling at everyone. I am 51, have played d and d 5 e fo4 about a year. I am reliable and if you pick me, i will be there with bells on. I love and teamwork. Please pm me if interested, either her or at discord, and my user name there is bart#2528. Thanks.
