Players numbers

Hi everyone. Was not quite sure where to post this, but here it is. Just a simple question: is there a cap to the number of players that can sign in to a game? I have a Real Life group and I'm preparing for our first Roll20 game due to self isolation. Before that, not all of them were available for every session, but if they all want to join in on that one, I'm looking at a number of 7 players. Can they all sign in and, more importantly, will the interface support more than 6 players?

There is no limit on the number of players that can join a game. (My Thursday night game has had 8 people in it for 5+ years). There are some limits on sharing of compendiums (GM + 5 free or 10 plus or 15 pro players), but you'll be fine there.
Thanks, The Aaron, for your reply. I'm still a novice at using Roll20 (3 game sessions so far, next one tomorrow) but following your answer, I'm wondering in what instance I would need to share the compendium with my players. So far, as a GM, I have used it to bring up the stats of standards NPCs (guards, bandits, etc) and monsters. But I copy PCs spells and equipment to their character sheet. So, am I missing something?

With some Character Sheets, the 5e Roll20 one for example, you can drag contents from the compendium to the sheet to have them automatically entered.  Players can also look at the details of the Players Handbook for their class and such.  It does give then access to everything in your compendium, which is a concern for some people.
