opinions on pathfinder second edition

Is the game liked here? i dont see much as far as groups  forming or more the 6  games in the next  week being played.   i ask only cause if i buy the mods/ books here or another site

I would recommend buying the source materials from Paizo directly so you can use on any VTT platform.  The system is better than 5e in my opinion but D&D still has a stranglehold on the market due to the popularity of D&D shows like Critical Role. Don't forget you can also post LFG in other sites as well and still use Roll20 or other preferred VTT platform. 

Has quite a following I would say. Most people who are playing it are dedicated to it. 5e seems pretty throwaway to me since, inevitably, every pickup game I am in someone swears they've played for a year or more on here but can't roll a character and bogs game down with roll20 questions. (Ran a starfinder game last week with 4 people who've never played and only once got a question).  Granted 5e does hold the market though for sure on here. Personally I want more Paizo content as well, makes my life easier building maps/encounters. Also would note not all games are being advertised, no matter the system. The join now seems to be all vultures who are charging people to play. I get covering the module cost but charging $20 session is overboard imo, but there's a market for it I suppose.  Also check reddit /lfg you'll see folks looking for other systems as well, though dominated by 5e as everything is.
