I'm trying to run API scripts for my game, but each time I try to restart my sandbox I just see this: Previous shutdown complete, starting up...

Keep in mind that someone needs to be logged into the game for the sandbox to be active.  If you aren't already, log into the game in another tab or window, then restart the sandbox and see how it goes.
