Newbie looking for a one shot or a short campaign

Hello, Never played D&D before. Looking to stick my toes in the water, so to speak. I have watched D&D campaigns online for a while and really enjoy them. I understand the basic rules and am looking for a group to help get me started. I have a character that I am working on a backstory for. I am in CST and available most days in the evening. I have video and mic available.
