Creating a Compendium

I submitted a requested to become a creator so I could create a compendium for Hackmaster 5th edition, I would like to try and jump start the process so that if it works out then I already have a decent number of monsters created (attribute &ability wise) but I am struggling with how I should structure my JSON so that it I can just copy/paste or import it.  Essentially, looking for proper formatting. 

Have you had response from the team? Creating a Compendium is no small task.

I just submitted the request, so nope.  Seems like the easiest way to get tokens/monsters with stats to players who need them for VTT
