Alt+Dbl Click not working

So I understand there's a shortcut to open a PC/creature directly to the Character Sheet: select token, then Alt+Dbl-left-click. But that does nothing for me. Shift+Dbl-left-click opens the character sheet to the summary page, which is OK, I just then need to click the character sheet tab. No big deal. But it would be nice to be able to open right to the character sheet. Any ideas why this might be? (Or has that feature been entirely removed?)
Your token is not assigned to a character sheet.
Patrick said: Your token is not assigned to a character sheet. Actually, it is. I make sure all the characters have their token connected to their characters. That's pretty day 1 standard. I imagine if they weren't the Shift+Dbl-click wouldn't work either, but as I said, it does. Also, the Alt+Dbl click isn't working for NPCs. And those I just copy and drop from the Compendium. As you can see, those tokens also are attached to a character (NPC).

Is there a character sheet assigned to the game? What sheet?

Sorry it was late, and I was tired so the response was short.  I had the exact same problem and to fix it, I opened the character sheet, dragged the token out to the board, deleted the token from the default on the sheet, re-set up naming, hp bars and sight and then re-attached it to the sheet.  After that, everything was fine.  I never know the level of knowledge of the person asking the question.  Many people think that dropping a picture on their sheet creates a token attached to their sheet, since it drops a token when they drag it to the board.  For alt+double click to work, there has to be an actual token saved as the "default token" and perhaps the one you were using was not an exact copy of the actual token saved to the sheet.

Yeah, that's actually what I do. All the PCs are definitely created that way. My NPC's, sometimes I just drag them onto the board from the Compendium, but most of the time I edit the token and then delete the default token from the NPC character sheet and then add the edited token to it. Doesn't matter either way, Alt+Dbl click isn't working for me. :/

Here's an example for you to see... I started with the "Archer" NPC, created a completely new token with online art, set it as the default token for this NPC. And still, Shift+Dbl Click works like always, but Alt+Dblclick, nothing.

Do you have any errors in your javascript console?  It might be time to start down the bug post route.
Have you tried both Alt keys? Are you sure your Alt keys are functioning properly? Do you have any browser extension and/or mouse software that might be intercepting Alt-double-click commands and making it do something else? Have you tried in Firefox and Chrome?

Yeah, both Alts, nothing. I tried in a different browser, nothing. And in an incognito browser (all plugins and extensions turned off) and nothing. OH!! BUT I just tried doing: Ctrl+Alt+Dblclick, and THAT opened it right up to the Character sheet! Heh ok, weird. Must be a Linux issue. Thanks for the tips!!

Ah, great!  Maybe your window manager is eating the first alt-click. =D
