The order of items in the "Attributes & Abilities" tab of the character sheet can not be changed if the character sheet is in its own window. If it's a part of the game window though, it works.
This is true. There are many things that don't work when the window is popped out. Drag and drop from the compendium does not work. The Charactermancer will not resolve. The popping out feature is more of a convenience during play to keep the window uncluttered.
