Looking for longer term group - 3.5, possibly other systems.

Hi guys, I am looking to join a group, preferably for a longer campaign. I have some experience, mostly in 3.5, but haven't played in a while. If there are materials easily accessible/buyable online, I'm open to learning new systems too (for example, Pathfinder looks like it's a lot of fun). I'm more of role player then min-maxer. I am also night owl who does most of his work at home, so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to time arrangements - although keep in mind that I live in Central Europe.

Are you available for 2am to 6am games on Fridays your time?

Just to avoid confusion, my time zone is literally Central European - GMT +2. I might pull it of if it's only possible time, but I would prefer session that ends somewhat earlier. Especially that fridays and thursdays are only days of the week that I need to consistently get up soon-ish, so it pretty much means I would get no sleep. Still, I'm longing for good roleplay, so yes, I will be available. Feel free to send me any details of what's on your mind.

The time I listed is your time I think, the game is in EDT and we lost a member to him getting work. The game starts at 8pm eastern us time and then runs till 1-2am. So it would start on Friday mornings for you. The game is pathfinder and we have been only playing for a bit and are at lvl 3/4 plus a mythic tier. our group isn't min/max but isn't full on RP either. We have managed to stay away from the typical murder hobo style for new players (ie me :D) The setting is in the the main world but with homebrew areas and the DM has changed some of the rules a little bit, all the craft magic item feats were combined and he added two new metal materials. If you want to try and make it tonight just post here and I can tell the DM (he has work so can't go looking for more players) or you can wait and see if any other group pops up and offers a spot. You can be any type of class you want and all the normal races other races just have to be checked with the DM. Any way it goes gl :)

I think I will give it a shot. three questions - do I roll for ability scores, or buy them? And what is current party composition in terms of classes and alignment? Also, where exactly in the world are we? Anyway, I hope I will have to chance to contact DM before sessions, so he can check my character sheet. And, of course, I'm looking forward to playing with you guys ;)

Yeah. Ability is point buy, alignment is non evil.... we have a lawful good pally, a chaotic neutral rogue and a chaotic good magus. We also have a NPC cleric and. NPC rogue/some unknown class. We managed to find a portal to the jade empire read I wandered into a glowing green spot XD. I'll be sending the DM a link to this thread as he is probably on Skype right now so he should be able to help set up your character. You pretty much just need to have a non evil for alignment and for the rest you will need to ask him.
