DND-5e - Ranger - Charactermancer Lvl 5 to 6 Stuck

Ranger Level 5 is trying to level up to 6 but when I try to apply the settings the update doesn't process. I see the update bar with no update. 

Is the character sheet popped out in its own window?  If so, that breaks the scripts that run the charactermancer and compendium drag/drop.  The character sheet has to still be embedded in the VTT for the charactermancer to work.

I don't think its popped out as its the standard view but I could be wrong. Here is a screenshot of what we see. The bar stays at 0%
