Hi all, I ran my first session with a group of friends a few days back, some of them new to Roll20, and one of them was unable to join. He kept getting the Not Authorized screen shown in the picture. These are the technical details and the steps we took to try to fix the problem (to no avail): - He had of course created a Roll20 account (seems obvious but I thought I'd mention it anyway). - He was using a home built desktop running on Windows 10. - He told me his default browser is Firefox but he also tried with Chrome on the same machine. - He normally uses an extension for Firefox called Privacy Badger which prevents you from being tracked. To see if it would make any difference, he set it to make an exception for Roll20, but it didn't help. - He uses another extension for Firefox called Ublock, designed to block advertisement, and again he disabled it, but to no avail. - He restarted the computer, but no change. - He successfully managed (as a test) to join in another game ran by one of my other players (a non system specific game).  So that's where we're at. Because of that last point, I thought that maybe it is my game settings that prevented him to join, but surely if that was the case nobody would have been able to join, yes? Anyway, we're at a loss and any suggestion or advice would be welcome. Thanks.
