I have tried all the suggestions in previous posts regarding this. (Checked file size, tried reuploading, tried reuploading smaller, attempted to use in firefox, attempted to use with extension in firefox, attempted without any extensions on, attempted after clearing cache, etc.) It appears to be uploaded but even from the start of the page with the Javascript console open I could see the website failing to load the file at all despite appearing in the assets library.
