I'm new user of Roll20 and I use Herolab since at least 10 years, So I have plenty of Pathfinder characters on HL that I want to convert to Roll20. Is there a simple way to do it. Do I have to be a plus member or a pro member?

The Pathfinder Community Sheet has a HeroLab import feature built-in(section can be found on the settings page). No need to be plus/pro. More info on the wiki. https://wiki.roll20.net/Pathfinder_Community_Sheet#HeroLab_Character_import
The Pathfinder Community Sheet has a HL importer, but don't know how compatible the sheet is with Roll20 Pathfinder content. You'll need to look at the documentation.

Only the community sheet has the feature.
