I've emailed to <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> with an issue, which apparently creates a ticket in the Zendesk system. But I cannot seem to log in to or create an account on <a href="https://roll20.zendesk.com/" rel="nofollow">https://roll20.zendesk.com/</a> to view the status of my ticket. 1. When I try to log in with my Roll20 email address and password, it says "Email address / password combination is incorrect" 2. When follow the link to get a new password, after entering my email address and clicking "Submit", I never get an email. I checked my spam folder as well. 3. When I try to sign up a new account, it says "A user has already signed up with the given email."
