Charactermancer bug

Hi , so I'm experiencing an issue  where one of my players tried to lvl up their character and were essentially stuck at the the lvl up portion were you roll for health and choose to multi class if you want to. It doesn't let them or myself do anything on it and it wont let me discard it so I can click charactermancer again. I've opened it in other browsers and used the recommended fixes. I'm not sure what's going on . Help please.

Your character sheet is popped out into its own window. Charactermancer will never resolve unless the window is engaged. Go into your settings tab and deactivate the setting that causes sheets and handouts to open into their own windows and you should resume normal function. Character Sheet in a separate window

I have the option turned off there in the photo but even in it's regular view  it doesn't do anything

I could recommend going into the Attributes and Abilities tab and fiddling with the charactermancer flags, but that's just guesswork. Try making a duplicate of the character and see if that can be edited.

no go on either solution. When I duplicate it it copies with the problem. I've tried archiving it and deleting it, but it still has the problem. IT immediately takes me into the character mancer where it's bugged without me clicking on it.  mancerflag had no effect, or I'm doing it wrong.
