[LFP] [Dungeon World] [EST] Looking for players/newbies welcome

Hello! I'm gauging interest for a Dungeon World game, looking for players who like to roleplay and are interested in collaborative world-building. Very newbie-friendly, both to Dungeon World, rpgs in general, and roll20. I've got experience GMing for D&D and Pathfinder, but this will be my first DW campaign and my first campaign on roll20. I'm in EST and flexible for evening and weekend play. Roll20 for play, Discord for chat/voice. Aiming for a fun, casual atmosphere where we can work together to tell a great story and have a good time. Hi! I'm interesting in playing some Dungeon World! I'm in GMT so any time after 3pm EST on any day other than Wednesday and Saturday can work for me. I'm interested in playing a warrior or a physical class of some kind since I play casters mostly and I want to have to think around my obstacles rather than just remove them with a spell or something. :). My background is in improv so everything about your style seems up my alley. If the GMT thing is a deal breaker then no worries! I hope you find a sick group to play with anyway!

Hello! I have been interested in joining a Dungeon World game for some time now, I own the book and have read it but never had a chance to play. I have almost 20 years of D&D and pathfinder experience, but am new to online playing. I'm in CST but I work evenings on weekdays, weekends are good for now but once quarantine ends they fill up with real life stuff quickly. Sundays would be a great day for me. I've been more of an action focused player in the past but am trying my hardest to improve my role playing skills. I am interested in playing a ranger, fighter, or cleric but am not opposed to any of the classes. Excited to hear back!

Hello i think it would be fun to give it a shot. I'm currently running my own Apocalypse world game as MC for some friends of mine. Would be fun to be on the players side, maybe it would give me ideas for my own game. Hi. It looks like you've got more than enough responses for a full party already, but just in case, I live in EST and I'd love to play! I've played a DW one-shot before and think the system is really great, but I'm most interested in the idea of collaborative world-building and fun roleplay. As for characters, I'm pretty flexible and would like to work out something that gels with the party/the tone we're trying to set, but in general I tend to take supportive roles like bard/cleric. I like that they're based around relationships with party members rather than being great on their own, and that their existence pretty much automatically raises a lot of questions about the setting (about religion, culture, etc.) that we then have to answer.

I've run about half dozen Apoc (including DWorld) here.  Wouldn't mind playing for once.  If it's not full and I'm a decent fit for the group of course.  Most weeknights, GMT-7 (Pacific Tme)  I'm off work around 215 PM local which is just past 5 PM EST.
