A Player Sent GM money for subscription

Can you walk him through how to set it up? He seems to be having major problems with it.

If you go to this page: https://app.roll20.net/why-subscribe-to-roll20 and click on the plan you want, it should take you through the steps.

HEY YOU GUYS help me with the sub for ultimate sub I want 10 a month and I have 20 in credit
Sorry for the GM, that's Michael T. and he kinda needs to get his subscription up so he can open the game to more players. Does the subscription require paypal/credit card to activate?

I would recommend sending an email to the Roll20 team and have them help you with this. The reason is that I faintly remember a discussion about credits only being used for marketplace purchases and not for subscriptions. Their email address is Team@roll20.net and they can clear up any issue.

The frustration is understandable, but shouting at people who are trying to help you, and aren't roll20 staff, really isnt helpful

Can the GM go here ( https://app.roll20.net/account/ ) and scroll down and view his Your Subscription Credit ? Does it say $20.00 there? And yes, I think you need to use a valid credit card even if you are using credit. Emailing the devs is best, but it is the weekend in the US so they might not get back to you before Monday.

On your Roll20 Account page ( https://app.roll20.net/account/ ) on the right side, you should see a section called Account Type & Subscription: On the subscribe page ( https://app.roll20.net/why-subscribe-to-roll20 ), select "Pay Every Month", then click "Select Monthly Pro": Fill out a valid credit card or choose the paypal option. Roll20 is a Subscription. If you only want it for 2 months, you'll need to change your subscription after that period elapses. Hope that helps. If you have any trouble, you can email team@roll20.net.
