This was a puzzler. I started out thinking the reroll system doesnt work with fate dice, but it turns out that it considers a - to be 1, 0 to be 2, and a + to be 3. And then added a -2 per dice behind the scenes to make the dice rolls work. So you can do /roll 4dfro1 and it will reroll '1's which are the - dice.
