[LFG] [LFGM] [vampire: the masquerade] [one shot?] [paid?] First time player looking for chance to try the game

Hello There. I recently discovered Vampire: the masquerade and am fascinated by it. I've considering learning how to run the game but, after looking at the system, I'd like to have an opportunity to play the game as a player before I commit the time to fully learn everything needed to run the game.   I know there are campaigns being offered on roll20 but I feel my chances of getting selected are very slim and I'm really just looking for a chance to try the game before I commit to a full campaign and don't want to waste a GM's time only to quit after a single session.  I'm looking for a relatively experienced GM to help walk me through the basics of the game (including help with building a character) as well as a single session. (this could be one on one, one-shot, or perhaps a gm who is running a longer campaign would let me sit in on a single session; if that would not be too disruptive)  With the quarantine going on I do not have a lot of money but I would be willing to compensate the GM a little bit for their time. (I have a very limited budget for this but would be happy to negotiate a reasonable price as well as possibly run a game for the GM or GM's group in exchange if that's something that would be of interest) Hoping there is a GM out there who would be willing to help me dip my toes into this system.  Feel free to message here or PM me :D  Stoyla
V20 or V5? I occasionally run introductory one-shots out of a discord server, and given the lockdown I'm considering running another one in a week or two. But I don't know V5, only know V20 :P Feel free to pm me, I'll see if there are a few other new players who might be into it too. Ran the last one literally just last week, it includes everything from character creation (which I'll walk you through on voice-chat on discord) and building a sheet, and then dropping you into a one-shot scenario in a city.  Short story, one session, around about 4 hours. Like I said, pm me.
