NPCs (Scout, Veteran, Assassin, Archmage, etc) not added to Journal when pulling from 5E MM Compendium

I am a Plus subscriber. I purchased the Monster Manual. Whenever I pull a monster, like a Bulette or a Dragon into my map, a character sheet entry is added to my Journal for that creature. This is critical, as I customize my character sheets with token action macros and modify their associated tokens when I add them the first time - curating my custom game menagerie. Whenever I add NPC creatures - Assassins, Scouts, Veteran, and the like - that feature fails. I can always build the sheets for these exceptions from scratch - but I wanted to know if I was missing a setting or process first. Thank you!

This isn't happening with any other MM entries?
Do you already have a character sheet in the Journal named Assassin, Scout, or Veteran (even archived)? The Compendium will not overwrite an existing Journal sheet.
Andreas J. - it is happing with some other creatures - namely the creatures that are in the appendix of the text book. However, it is also having issue with some random MM creatures - like the Arcanaloth. Rabulias - I do not created character sheets for the creatures I have seeing issue with - but is there a way to check the archives just to be sure?
Resolved! On Rabulias' suggestion, I checked my journal for the characters in question. It turns out that all of the characters/creatures I was having issue with were added when I purchased the Adventure Atlas add-on. Problem solved!

Glad to help! For archived items, in the Journal, scroll all the way to the bottom. If you have any archived items, you will see a drawer icon and a label like "3 Archived Characters" and/or "25 Archived Handouts." Click that and you will get a window listing them all and a button to Restore them to the main Journal if you wish. Note that archiving items does not help with responsiveness issues related to the size of your game. The items still are part of your game and contribute to the load; archiving just cleans up the lists.
Rabulias - do you have any suggestions (or search terms so I can do my own homework) for how to improve my game performance? I'm fairly new to using Roll20 - but I've gotten a bunch of material in order to run a campaign for my friends during the quarantine. I have pretty much loaded all the add-ons I've purchased. What I have is three 5E monster compendiums (MM, Volo, and Mort's Tome of foes), the WoTC dungeon tile bundle, the tactical map bundle, and the adventure atlas.
