Macro Character

I'm finally trying to learn rather than reverse engineer roll20 coding.  To that end, can someone tell me how to add all of my macros into a character so that I can easily transfer them between games.  I know the calls are different when in one place than another but I don't know the ins and outs of it.

Create your macros as Abilities, and the call to use them is just 

%{MacroCharacterName|AbilityName}
