"Not Authorized to Post"

Whenever I try and send a personal message to anyone, immediately after pressing the send message button, I get a white screen with the text "not authorized to post" in the top left corner. This happens across several search engines and devices, I even made a new account to see if it helped (it didn't). How do I fix this?
Some others have solved this problem by disabling all browser extensions/plugins. You can also try using a Private Browsing window (in Firefox) or an Incognito window (in Chrome), which should load without any plug-ins.

Hey Gabriel M. -  Apologies for this issue! We managed to diagnose the root cause here and it relates to a problem with our site's captcha settings. We have a ticket going to get it fixed, but in the meantime, the solution is that you need to post or reply to a public forum (not a game forum), and check the captcha that appears to the right of the text box.
