All of my players have lost their XP

I run a game of 17 people and logged on this evening before a game to find out all players have lost their experience since the new update - the form is just blank for all 17 characters. I can only assume this is related to the new update to XP. What? How did this ever go live?

Nope, they're still blank. We're using the 5th edition by roll20. This is kind of completely game-breaking because everyone is at different levels and stuff, and no one really thought they'd ever have to back-up their character sheets off-site. I think it's because their XP values had commas and slashes in them ("7,500 / 11,000") which now return as invalid characters.

Melarith, Thanks for the heads up. I'm forwarding your report to the team. In the meantime, your characters' XP has not been lost. You can recover your PCs' experience values by going into the Attributes & Abilities tab for each character and looking for the "experience" attribute. Remove the special characters (commas, the "/" and the value after it) and they will show up correctly in the sheet.

Mine are blank as well and when I looked into the experience block at the attributes & abilities tab, it was also blank.

Hi, Melarith! We just pushed a fix for this issue on the 5e sheet. Can you check to make sure your characters have their XP shown now? Rivethead: can you provide the game ID (it's the number in the URL when you go to your game details page)? Are you sure you had values in that field? It's possible to have a leveled up character without XP.

It looks like it works now, in the sense that players can fill out the XP in the sheet, but I still had to go and manually copy their XP from their Attributes tab.
