stuck on Black loading screen

Hello, this just started out of the blue for me a week ago, keep getting stuck on the black loading screen. I have tried steps 1 through 3 multiple times but none have solved

I'm not sure what security you are running, but see if you can get those cdn.inspectlet entries to be clear by whitelisting them in whatever you are using.&nbsp; Those were mentioned in some other threads over the last day or 2.
went as far as to turn all security off and still running into the same problem
